1. Overview

AryavartaAI processes all payments and refunds through Razorpay, a PCI DSS-compliant payment gateway. This policy sets out our refund terms for every type of payment we collect.

2. Career Application Processing Fee (₹300)

When you apply for a position at AryavartaAI, a one-time ₹300 processing fee is charged at the time of submission. This fee covers:

Document authenticity verification
Background and reference screening
Application registration and record-keeping

Refund Eligibility

Full refund (₹300): Your application is rejected at the initial document screening stage — before any interview is scheduled. Refund is initiated within 2 business days of the decision.
No refund: Once your application passes document screening and you are invited to an interview, the fee is non-refundable regardless of the final outcome.
No refund: If you withdraw your application after submission.
No refund: If your application is rejected for misrepresentation or fraudulent documents.

3. Subscription Plans

Monthly Plans

Monthly subscriptions (Developer ₹999/mo, Pro ₹4,999/mo) are billed in advance and are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you will not be charged again.

Annual Plans

Annual subscriptions may be refunded on a pro-rata basis if requested within 14 calendar days of the payment date and the Services have experienced a material outage or degradation during that period. Pro-rata refund = (remaining months / 12) × annual fee.

4. Pre-purchased API Credits

API credits purchased in advance are non-refundable once added to your account. Unused credits do not expire as long as your account remains active. Credits are forfeited upon account termination due to policy violations.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email billing@aryavartaai.com with:

Your registered email address
The Razorpay Payment ID (found in your payment receipt)
Reason for the refund request
Bank account or UPI ID for refund (only if original method is unavailable)

6. Refund Timeline

Review: We review refund requests within 2 business days
Approval: Approved refunds are initiated within 2 business days of approval
Credit to account: Razorpay processes the refund to your bank/card within 5–7 business days after initiation (may vary by bank)
UPI refunds: Usually credited within 2–3 business days
Card refunds: Usually credited within 5–10 business days depending on your card issuer

7. Razorpay Payment Processing

All transactions are processed by Razorpay Software Private Limited (CIN: U72200KA2013PTC097389), an RBI-authorised payment aggregator. Razorpay is PCI DSS Level 1 compliant.

Refunds are initiated by AryavartaAI through the Razorpay dashboard and credited back to the original payment instrument. AryavartaAI does not have access to your card or banking credentials at any point.
