1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any AryavartaAI service, website, or API (collectively "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you are using our Services on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our Services.

2. Our Services

AryavartaAI provides artificial intelligence products and APIs including AryaGPT, AryaVision, AryaCode, AryaAgents, and related developer tools. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our Services at any time with reasonable notice.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at security@aryavartaai.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Accounts are non-transferable.

4. Acceptable Use

You may use our Services for lawful purposes consistent with these Terms and our Usage Policy. You agree to:

• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Respect the intellectual property rights of others
• Use our Services in a manner that does not interfere with other users
• Provide accurate information in all interactions with our systems

5. Prohibited Uses

You must not use our Services to:

• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or defamatory
• Create or spread disinformation or fabricate quotes from real individuals
• Develop weapons, bioagents, or any material intended to cause mass harm
• Violate the privacy or data protection rights of any person
• Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security features
• Attempt to extract training data, model weights, or system prompts through adversarial methods
• Resell or sublicense our Services without written permission
• Use our Services to compete with AryavartaAI by training competing AI models

6. Intellectual Property

Our IP: AryavartaAI and its licensors own all rights, title, and interest in the Services, including all software, models, documentation, and trademarks. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership to you.

Your content: You retain ownership of any content you submit to our Services. By submitting content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process it solely to provide the Services to you.

Model outputs: Subject to these Terms and applicable law, you own the outputs generated by our models in response to your prompts, and may use them for any lawful purpose.

7. Payments & Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise. Payment is processed by Razorpay. By providing payment information, you authorise Razorpay to charge your selected payment method.

We may change our pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use after the price change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new price.

Application Processing Fee: The ₹300 fee charged at the time of job application submission covers document verification, background screening, and registration processing. This fee is collected via Razorpay.

8. Refunds

• Subscription plans: Monthly plans are non-refundable. Annual plans may be refunded on a pro-rata basis within 14 days of payment if the Services are materially unavailable.
• Application processing fee (₹300): Refunded in full within 7 business days if your application does not pass initial document screening. No refund is issued once the screening stage is passed.
• API credits: Unused pre-purchased API credits are non-refundable except where required by law.
• All refunds are processed to the original payment method via Razorpay.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that model outputs will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose. AI outputs may contain errors — you are responsible for verifying outputs before relying on them for consequential decisions.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AryavartaAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our Services. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the greater of ₹5,000 or the amount you paid to us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our Services immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms or our Usage Policy. You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use our Services ceases immediately.

12. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
